Bee ... ZZZ ...

How cute is that?
(doesn't he look like he is sitting on one flower
and holding on to another and resting his head on it?)

I was tempted to stroke his fuzzy back!

I knew better than to disturb a sleeping bee!

  1. What a great shot. Even bees need to sleep and what lovelier bed could there bed than a flower? I think I'd crawl further in and relax more, but then, what do I know about bees sleeping?

  15. What a handsome bee. He looks different from the bees over here. His head is bigger I think. Lovely flowers too. All the best, Bonny

  16. I sometimes see bumblebees sleeping, maybe they need something? Water? That one seems like it could find lots of nectar in that lovely milkweed flower. I hope to have some flowers next year.
